Table collapses to make bed, greater for shorter person or kids. Awning on the side. 1 large slideout on the driver side. Lots of outside storage.

Cancellation policy
Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the service fee of $245.00 for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund , less the service fee, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date the booking is non-refundable. A 24 hour cancellation grace period is given to given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If the booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund including the service fee will be granted.
Mileage
You can drive this unit as many miles as you desire per day.
Cleaning Fee
$150 cleaning fee is required in addition to basic cleaning by renter.
If you return the RV and there is excessive dirt on the inside or outside there is an additional fee based on time and materials. Time starts at $50 per hour plus materials used.

No, you do not need a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) As long as you have a valid US driver's license and are at least 25 years old, you can rent and drive this RV.
Insurance must be provided by the renter. A copy of proof of insurance is required. Add Sleepytown RV Rental as additional insured to your policy.

Henry was great, gave us a quick run down of the operations and even a short test drive to familiarize us with the big units operation. Once the 4 pop outs are out and set up, I can’t imagine a nicer unit to stay in.
